Conditions of Hire

BOOKING CONDITIONS
All bookings are from 4pm on Saturday of arrival to 10am on the Saturday of departure.

DEPOSIT
Deposit of 1/3rd of the rental is payable to reserve the week(s)
Bookings made WITHIN six weeks prior to your arrival must be paid in full at time of booking.

BALANCE
The balance is payable Six weeks before arrival, otherwise we reserve the right to re-let the accommodation. A reminder will be sent.

CONFIRMATION
Will be sent by e-mail, post or fax as appropriate

LINEN & BEDDING
Bedding is provided but please bring your own Towels & Tea Towels

CANCELLATION
The deposit will normally be retained and the balance will become payable
in full in accordance with standard trade policy.
However, if we are able to re-let the accommodation the balance will not become due.

INSURANCE
WE SUGGEST YOU ARRANGE HOLIDAY INSURANCE INCLUDING CANCELLATION COVER
